Turkish Airlines has come up with a new class – the “Comfort Class" - and GRU will be among the first ones to experience it

Turkish Airlines introduces new privileges – one after the other! And now we’ve created the new Comfort Class in addition to our economy, business and first class flights. An option somewhere in between, the new Comfort Class combines the affordability of economy class and the comfort of business class.

Comfort Class offers you a more comfortable flight, with a newly designed seat pitch of 116 centimeters and width of 49 centimeters. Comfort Class also comes with new privileges – Internet access, GSM, Live TV – you’ll remain connected to the globe while on board.

For the most pleasurable in-flight moments, every seat has an individual screen stowed in the arm. Watch as many TV series, documentaries, cartoons, or feature films to your heart’s content. Or play a variety of games or listen to a wide selection of music. And for your personal USB devices or iPods, Comfort Class has USB ports on the back of the seats.

Turkish Airlines will begin to offer the Comfort Class on routes to Beijing, Sao Paulo and Toronto by the end of 2010. Turkish Airlines’ passengers will experience privileges of Comfort Class routes to Shanghai, Guangzhou and Los Angeles within first half of 2011. New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong routes will add on Comfort Class flight on the second half of 2011.
